The Process

Everything starts with a personal meeting with a doctor of my team in person or via video call.

During the meeting, I will take full anthropometric, health, and nutritional status measurements. We will conduct tests to determine your health status and levels of accumulated toxicity. I will also schedule full blood tests, including hormone status. I will create an analysis of your condition, including diagrams, to understand where we are starting from.“

Based on the information received, the doctor will create a personalized nutrition plan specifically for you, which will meet your preferences and needs.

The doctor will be with you closely throughout the process, as a mentor with whom you will share your daily progress, ask questions at any time and receive feedback within minutes.

Every day, the doctor will monitor your results and progress and adjust your menu accordingly. Every 6 days, you will receive a new menu, created specifically for you.

When you are unable to receive the planned menu and there is a restaurant that offers other foods, simply write or call me and we will find a solution.

Alcohol is a high-calorie drink and can contribute to weight gain. However, it also has some beneficial qualities, which is why we don’t exclude it from the diet plan.

The important thing is to consume it in reasonable, moderate amounts. 150-200 ml of wine per day or up to 100 ml of a concentrated beverage are acceptable, but they should be combined with water in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:3. Beer is prohibited because it is like a „liquid pastry“ 🙂

The craving for sweets is understandable. In today’s world, addiction to sweets and unhealthy foods is more common than addiction to alcohol and cigarettes. And the intake of sweets is almost as addictive as drugs, using almost the same mechanism. But there is a solution to this. In Smart Diet, I am with you every step of the way.
